This condo is freshly decorated with white rattan furnishings and cool gray carpeting that compliment the views of the beautiful sea. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The sunsets are fantastic and sometimes you can even see the dolphins! This 9th floor unit offers ‘quiet’ while relaxing on the balcony—the sounds of the ocean prevail. The selection of carpets, ceramic tile, wallpapers and bedspreads enhance the comfort of the pleasing décor of this vacation home. The kitchen has been remodeled with new countertop and appliances. There is a beautiful new sofa and love seat in the living room. The front wall of the master suite is floor-to-ceiling glass lending to breathtaking views. It is an unforgettable experience to wake up and view the ocean while still lying in bed on a leisurely vacation morning. This unit sleeps 8 comfortably, with room to spare. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two queen-sized beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen-sized hide-a-bed in the living room. For your added comfort, the living room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are TV’s in both bedrooms, one with VCR, and the living room. Also in the living room are a DVD and stereo with CD and cassette for your enjoyment. The mirrored walls in the living and dining rooms reflect the beauty of the ocean. There are two full baths; the master has a large garden tub/shower combo with mirrored walls, and the other bath has a full-sized tub and shower. There is a large vanity with double sinks in the master bath. Other amenities include central air-conditioning/heating, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, toaster, cookware and full dining service including wine and cocktail glasses.
